  1. Calculations: Distance and time are calculated based on travel from one point to another.
  2. Driver Allowance: Driver allowance (batta) is calculated on a calendar day basis.
  3. Rate Changes: Tariffs are subject to change based on diesel or petrol price fluctuations. Please confirm the current rate before booking.
  4. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee will apply if the vehicle is cancelled after it departs from our garage or in case of a no-show.
  5. Vehicle Availability: All vehicle types and amenities are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  6. Advance Payment: A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking.
  1. Billing: Duration exceeding 7 / 12 hours will be billed as 10 /15 hours respectively
  2. Additional Charges: Customers are responsible for entrance fees, parking charges, and toll charges.
  3. Interstate Travel: For out-of-state trips with more than 5+1 vehicles, additional RTO permit and tax charges will apply.
  4. Out-of-Station Trips: A minimum of 250/300 kilometres per day will be charged for all out-of-station trips.
  5. Hill Station Trips: Additional charges apply depending on the vehicle in mountainous areas Air conditioning will not be available in vehicles traveling to hill stations.
  6. Goods Carrier Use: An additional charge of ₹300/500 per day will apply if the vehicle is used as a goods carrier.
